Catch-22 - Joseph Heller I really couldn't get into this book at all. I know it's not the subject matter because I read The M*A*S*H books after seeing the movie and loved both. I just didn't find it very funny or interesting. I do love absurd humour but I guess my tastes run more to Adams or Fry.I understood what the catch was almost within the first 20 pages and really thought it wasn't worth reading about, what was to me, unfunny takes on insanity but I pushed through and finished it anyways. Heller couldn't make me care about any of the boorish characters or the majority of dialogue that read like “No, you!”.Maybe it's a cultural thing. shrug
